Forged Bronze J Hook
A hand forged utility J-hook from gold toned, high quality, solid bronze! Heavy duty. Great for tools, keys, cookware, towels, hats, and more!
Sizes: 2 and 3 inch height, See photos. Inside diameter of bend is just under an inch.
Style: Choose between standard ends or machined ends. Standard ends are almost flat topped. Machined ends have been machined to make them rounded.
Un-lacquered/Lacquered: Un-Lacquered will patina over time(see cleaning information). Lacquered adds a protective layer to keep it from patina and dulling.
Sold with brass slotted wood screw and brass washer.
For ease of installation, pre-drill a 1/8 inch hole about 3/4 inch deep.

Unlacquered finish Cleaning information: This type of bronze is pretty resistant to tarnishing, so the golden color will last a long time. But left out in the weather, in an outdoor installation for example, it will tarnish a bit faster. It will change into a more traditional bronze color. To clean just soak it in vinegar for 15-30 minutes and then rinse well with water. The shine will come right back!
